[kepler-dev] SDF now works with relation groups

I've checked in changes and tests where SDF now works
with relation groups (as well as the other domains I've tested,
PN, DE, CT).

There are still problems with SDF, but they will probably only
affect code generation. In particular, the buffer size property
is incorrectly associated with a relation. It should be associated
with a receiver.

There is also considerable opportunity for performance improvements
in the SDF scheduler.

I'll tackle these SDF problems next.
