Keplerites --

The current CVS HEAD for ptolemy contains a new "ptolemy/distributed"
section that is causing problems with the kepler build.  So I have
checked in a new build-ptolemy.xml that excludes this dir.  I also have
checked in a new build.xml that allows you to clean the ptolemy dir
fromt the kepler build.  So, do a full clean to get around the current
problems in the ptolemy CVS:

$ ant full-clean ptolemy run-dev
