[kepler-dev] MoMLChangeRequest

The string should be MoML (see the MoML chapter in the docs).
E.g., to change the value of a string parameter named
"Selected Entity", set the context to the container of
that parameter and issue a change request with the following
string:

   <property name="Selected Entity" value="foo"/>
