[kepler-dev] Duplicated jar contents.

Hi Kevin, Matt and Shawn,

Thanks for pointing out the jar issues. SCIA has its own build file
(build-scia.xml). Please go ahead to exclude it from the kepler build
file for this release. We are still fixing many bugs, improving and
adding new features, and conducting experiments with real data and
tens of human subjects, while looking forward to integrating Shawn's
semantic matching module.

I will try the overlapping jar files and get rid of the same jars in
SCIA jar directory.
