[kepler-dev] Duplicate Jar information

Hi Kevin,

xercesImpl.jar is distributed as a part of jwsdp and is located at
jwsdp-1.5/jaxp/lib/endorsed/xercesImpl.jar.
I know some of the jar files located in jwsdp are not required for GriddLeS.
I have to remove from the cvs repository.
