[kepler-dev] Status of ENM pipeline implementation

	Matt, Chad and Dan,

I would like to know what is the status of ENM pipeline at your
end.
I'm currently preparing the Java bindings in openModeller (bug
1664) so I can plug it in into Kepler and replace the current GARP code
that is in Kepler now.
I'm having a bit more trouble than I expected with it because of
JNI. Although SWIG generates most of the JNI glue and openModeller Java
classes, there are some C++ types that are incompatible with Java (such
as pointers that are actually NULL terminated vectors, String[] that is
a char **, etc) that needs manual treatment. But I expect to have that
ready by the end of today or Tuesday.
Then, I think we can start to think about an actor (of set of
them) for openModeller and how to integrate that into the pipeline (bugs
1665 and 1666). I need to do some homework before I can get up to speed
on that, but we can start discussing some general ideas in the meantime.
So, how is the rest of the pipeline going, such as the GIS
actors and the post-processing parts of it (everything after the summary
of results)?
	Let me know.

Ricardo

PS. Is Dan back from vacations already?
