[kepler-dev] Problems with building kepler alpha3 installer

Hi All,

I am a graduate student in Prof. Lee's group and created the Python Script
actor. The actor and Jython (the Python interpreter written in Java) are not
used in other parts of Ptolemy, so there should be no problem omitting it.
