[kepler-dev] Screentshots for searching ecogrid registry

Hi, everyone:

I made some screentshots for ecogrid registry search and they are in 
kepler/docs/dev/screenshots/.

And you may look at this order
registry-search-init.png ->registry-search-current-scope.png
->registry-search-without-value.png
  registry-search-with-value.png
  
The first one is init and second one will show current default search 
scope(such as endpoint and searching doctype) from configure file.

The third one and fourth one will showing result after searching registry.
The difference beteween this two images is: one has a input search value 
in init frame, the others doesn't have.

Any suggestion and comment will be appreciated.
