[kepler-dev] OS X with ptolemy 4

OK, this is still progress...  Can you try uncommenting the printlns in 
diva/canvas/event/MouseFilter.accept() and
send me the results of trying to cmd-click to create a relation, and then 
cmd-click to create a link?
