    Hi, Elise - Have you tried in the last couple of days? There was a
   problem with the download web page that seems to have been fixed
   (others reported that it now works for them.) I can also recommend
   trying an HTTP download tool like Free Download Manager:
   http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/ which will pick back up on
   partially-downloaded files or FlashGet
   http://www.flashget.com/index_en.html. ~ Stacie
