   10MB - and I have tried two different computers XP and Win7and
   browsers IE9 and Firefox ... not even 'run' works. I am on high speed
   broadband, so that should not be a problem. I was downloading happily
   earlier in the day. I failed to type in the pane when I was on the IE
   browser, and Windows 7, hence this odd message.
