[eml-dev] Question about eml subversion email

Thanks for following up on this -- we discovered that the SVN connection to
the mailing list was misconfigured, so the messages haven't been going to
anyone.  We fixed up that script, so you should start getting the commits
again (not that there are many of them right now).
