Hey EML folks,

I'd like to nominate Sid Garg to be a member of the EML team.  He's been

working on EML changes using my username for over a year now.  Some of 
the changes Sid has been responsible for are bug fixes to the XSLT 
stylesheets, access control rule ambiguity fixes and fixing the inline 
element character rules.

Please reply to this message by next tuesday (12/6) and vote either 
approve, disapprove or abstain.  Note that if you disapprove, please 
provide a reason as this will completely cancel this voting process.
