[eml-dev] membership nomination

[Peter McCartney]

For some reason, this email like a lot of othere seems to come dayes
after its sent originally via some bounce catcher. Is this something I
need to fix at my end? ASU's IT department sometimes seems determined to
eliminate all legitimate traffic.....
