Hello,
What exactly are you trying to do? EML is not an executable program so
it has no exe file. EML is a content standard for ecological metadata.
The .xsd files within the distribution are XML Schema files that
define the content standard. There are several translation utilities
that are java applications that can be run using the Apache Ant
(ant.apache.org) system. Let me know exactly what you are trying to do
with EML and I can be more helpful.
Thanks for your interrest.
