Another eml-spatialReference Question

Nope. its the same as the attribute Projected Coordinate System Name
introduced in the ESRI profile of FGDC. i may have accidently put fgdc in
the lineage by mistake, sorry.

Esri basically introduced this so that people could put in a friendly name
for a projection and ( think) have the option of not providing the rest of
the information if the didnt know it. We do have a very real situation where
many users know that their data is utm zone 12 Nad 27, but still wouldnt
know how to fill in the spatial reference parameters. This was why i
suggested following the STMML model that chad invoked as a way of storing
definitions for common projections.
