eml-spatialReference Question

Ive also noticed that there are a great many elements in spatialReferecne
that use underscores to separate words. If you recall, we decided
(unwisely, i think) to not use the short element names used by ESRIand FGDC
in favor of long ones for "readability". It was a large task and I did this
by first pasting in the long names from FGDC with underscores, and then I
went back through and changed these to camelCaps after that decision was
made. Obviously, mistakes were made either by missing some or by losing them
in the many collisions during the beta 9 checkins in cvs We should probably
decide now whether to fix these and make them consistent or leave them as i
am trying to finish up the XSL for esri conversions.
