EML 2 GIS Modules Documentation

Hello All,

I am willing to cut and paste the FGDC definitions into the Spatial
Vector, Spatial Raster, and Spatial Reference modules. I do not have
enough GIS expertise to expand much on the FGDC definitions, though.
Perhaps someone else could expand on the FGDC definitions after I have
entered them, and put them in plainer English? If I have time, I could
also provide some examples for the attributes and elements for which the
Jornada Basin LTER has GIS metadata.

Please let me know if this would be helpful. I do not want to waste a
lot of time on this if someone else is already working on the GIS
modules.
