units

Hi,

Tim and I had a brainstorming session last week to try to figure out as
many relevant units and unit combonations that we could.  I've added
almost everything we came up with to the eml-unitDictionary.xml file as
well as the enumeration 'unitDictionary' in eml-attribute.xsd.  Please
take a look at the enumeration in eml-attribute (starting around line
913) and see if any of your favorite units are missing.  If you find any
that you would like me to add, please send them to me along with their
algebraic representation.  Please don't send me something like cubic
ft/acre/year because I don't know whether it's cubic ft/(acre/year) or
(cubic ft/arcre)/year.  Please send me something like
ft^3*acre^-1*year*-1 as well as the name that you would like associated
with the unit.  I've been just using camelCaps so the name of the unit
above would be cubicFeetPerAcrePerYear.  If you would like a different
name for your unit, send it along.  Please have any submissions to me by
Wednesday.
