Set of EML files

Hi all.

I was going through the current set of files and making a list of problems
and decided that typing them into individual bug pages and risking someone
not following what i mean would take too long. So i updated my cvs this
morning and just edited a new set that all worked together with all the
various changes i wanted to see. I tried to check these into a branch
"eml-mccartney" but quickly realized i was probably going to do some serious
damage since i didnt know how to do this. so here they are as an email
attachment.  

some changes made in this set:

resource: dropped references element

literature: added chapter, droped section element from book

constraint: dropped entity element as constraint is nested into the entity
it constrains.
		set key and referencedKey fields to type attributeList
		set referencedEntity to contain one of the five entity types

attribute: added content elements
		added keyConstraint and externalCodeSet as choices under
enumeratedDomain.
entity: added protocol, physical, constraint, attributeList, coverage as
optional fields - dropped them from the individual entity types.

	imported spatialReference into SpatialRepresentation complex type
under entity.

physical: added fields for physical record descriptons under ascii-fixed.
		made ascii-fixed, ascii delimited, binary raster equal
choices with formatType.

one change i did not make that needs to be done is provide referenceing
between the distribution in physical and the one in resourceBase. I suggest
making distribution a separate module that invokes the references/content
choice. 

If someone can tell me how to add these as a branch, ill be happy to so that
we can run diff on these and not lose any conflicting changes. The entire
set validates so it should be at least a good draft of the overall linkages.
