[VOTE] should we release eml-2.0.0 now?

Yeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaa!
The EML release vote passed unanimously, with all members voting except
Ramsey, as of 5pm PST. Chad and I will package up the release and
post it on the web ASAP. I'll send an email announcement to various
lists when it is ready for download.
