prep for beta8 release

Chad,

I modified the eml-entity.xsd file for the beta8 release, and made a new
image. I think all of the images are up to date now. See the CVS logs
for details of my changes.

I ran out of time and was unable to change all of the namespaces to
beta8 and get the release ready, so nothing is tagged in cvs yet.
Unfortunately, I used XML Spy on eml-entity.xsd, and I thought it was
going to behave nicely and not reformat the whole document, but it turns
out I was wrong, so all of the indenting is changed. Bummer. Here's the
things I can think of that are needed for the beta8 release:

1) sync eml-entity.dtd with the xsd file
2) modify *.xsd to use a beta8 namespace
3) prepare release docs, including README
4) tag, create the distribution, and release on the web

Is there anything else? Could you take care of that stuff, then send an
email to eml-dev when it is on the web? Thanks.

Matt

PS. I think beta7 might be the shortest lived release we've done yet.
we didn't even manage to announce it before we obsoleted it :)
