problems with eml-entity

Chad,

In trying to produce the image of eml-entity I found there are several 
problems.  Most significantly, the spatialImage element is invalid 
because it defines a type and claims to be an extension of another type. 
  THis is invalid.  I'm going to go ahead and fix it and check it in 
unless you have a reason why this is correct as it stands.
