Matt,

On bug 336, I haven't made any changes to the list in the domain.

On 338, I've documented the majority of eml-coverage, and the changes 
are checked in.  I still have outstanding changes to coverage to make 
the elements more readable instead of using the short 8 character 
element names from FGDC.  This I'll check in today.

On 373, I have eml-lit importing into eml-coverage, and will check 
coverage in with the rest of my changes on bug 338.
