cjones' EML bugs

Chris,

What is the status of the bugs you have assigned to you for EML?  I am 
looking to package up the Beta7 release tomorrow.  Are all of your 
changes for eml in place?  If not, what's left?  In particular, I'm 
wondering about the following bugs:
