next EML release (beta 7)

Hey,

We were planning to try to get a release of EML out this week, but it 
got sidetracked, so now we are aiming for next week. We need this so 
that the EML workshop at Sev is a success.  Chad has already fixed a 
number of the identified problems, and incoporated the spatial entity 
module that Peter sent.  Chad and I are focusing our attention on the 
rest of the issues until we can get something out the door, hopefully by 
the middle of next week.

So...if you have any things you think should be incorporated, now's the 
time to do something about it!  Check out the current CVS head to see 
where we are each day.
