Dear All,
NCEAS EcoLunch comes in a double-batch this week: following today's
extraordinary Valentine edition from Forest Isbell, we also will host a
talk in the usual Thursday slot!
Please join us Thursday, February 16th, @12:15:
Dr. Werner Kuhn will talk about his work on the use of geospatial
information for individual and societal problem solving.
Dr. Kuhn is visiting from Germany and his general interest is in /how to
model the meaning of geospatial information and its changes across
contexts/. Relevant contexts are human activities, professional
disciplines, natural languages, and information communities.
