[kepler-users] Xml parsing error

My guess is that you have a conflict because of a svn merge.

Try looking in the file for ">>".

MoML does not validate because of the <configure> tags.

You could also try looking for xml validator and removing the configure 
sections.

and ptolemy/moml/test/removeconfigure
