Hi, there:

The EML2Dataset actor doesn't support the feature - using urls in the
EML and data file parameters. It only supports the local files.

Here is a bug about this:
http://bugzilla.ecoinformatics.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5577

Originally the EML2Dataset actor was designed to the handle the query
result from a remote EcoGrid service. Then we extended it to access the
local files. We may add the feature to access remote urls in the next
release.

Thank you for using Kepler.

Jing
