Hi Trina,
Maybe you have certain high-level functions in mind when you say 'support'? Kepler is very broad tool that can essentially be made to do anything, similar to a programming language. It could certainly be used to mine text.
Here's the first relevant-seeming paper that I googled up, it's by Briesch et al: "Training and Evaluating a Statistical Part of Speech Tagger for Natural Language Applications using Kepler Workflows"
