Translation: "undocumented and there's no guarantee it will
work in future Matlab versions" means "won't work if anything changes."

I think tool integration is really a museum curator's problem today. Create a machine on which it works, then disconnect from the network, and don't change anything. At least then it will work until the silicon fails...
