[kepler-users] installing Kepler 2.1 with eclipse

Hi,

Thanks for your help. I deleted the both directory and built again using 
Eclipse but the error is same. If i build it using command line. It is 
working. So, the problem must be related with Eclipse but i am following 
the steps that is explained in the web page.

Then attempt to restart.
