[kepler-users] How can I create log file name based on the current date?

Hello,

Can anyone suggest a way to create a parameter, "DATE", analagous to
using DATE=`date +%Y%m%d` in bash, and then use it to write my output
to the file out$DATE.log

Please see my attempt in the attached kar file.
