     1) Is the Gridway you mentioned http://dev.globus.org/wiki/GridWay?
     2) globus actors in Kepler globu4.0.7 module can submit jobs by 
themselves.You want have another actor using gridway to submit jobs?

     I do not have experience with Gridway. But I guess you can create a 
gridway actor to submit jobs. I'm not sure whether this actor need to 
talk to globus actors in Kepler globu4.0.7.

     You have to look at the Gridway, especially its APIs for job 
submission. And embed it in your gridway actor by following 
https://kepler-project.org/developers/reference/adding-a-new-java-actor-to-kepler-a-quick-tutorial
