Hi Santosh,
I need to fix the "ant update" and the "ant update-ptolemy" commands
for this situation. That will be done this week. In the meantime, can
you delete the ptolemy directory altogether and then enter the "ant
change-to -Dsuite=kepler" command again? That will make ptolemy
download correctly (I just tested it) as long as you don't have any
issues with your firewall.
