[kepler-users] Problem even after downloading build-area

Hi Santosh,
Please write your concerns in one thread and don't double post the same
questions.
Your problem is not related to kepler itself, but to your configuration. Check
the following:
1) Try to `ping` code.kepler-project.org. If you get "unknown host" error, then
your DNS is misconfigured. If your terminal doesn't show anything, then all your
connections to code.kepler-project.org are blocked by firewall
2) Try the following command: `telnet code.kepler-project.org 443`. If you are
configured correctly you should see a line "connected to code.kepler-project.org"
With these two checks you can recognize the problem and take further steps. You
need to contact your admin, because no one here can really help you with this
problem. It is a matter of configuration of your firewall.
