[kepler-users] problem with build-area

I just ran your command from here, and it worked fine for me too, no errors.
 You probably have a firewall issue or other network outage that is
preventing access to the server.  Maybe try again, and if doesn't work then
its probably best to contact your local network administrator for help as to
why the connection doesn't work.
