Chapter 7 of the Kepler User's guide reviews what is available in Kepler
1.0:

"7. Using Remote Computing Resources: The Grid and Web Services"

That should get you started.  However, Kepler 1.0 supported older versions
of Grid computing standards, which have now been updated in the forthcoming
Kepler 2 release.
