[kepler-users] rename actor in kar file

Chris,

I replicated these bugs, and so I have filed defect reports that we will
work on for a future release.  I will have to ask the development team to
assess the difficulty in fixing these.  The new bugs are:

For the comma in the filename issue:

For the rename that does not work:

I also found another related bug whereby trying to change and save actors
results in an error and a malformed actor, which I reported here:

We'll work on fixing these as soon as possible.
