[kepler-users] provenance data

Hi Chris,

Sorry for the confusion. The instructions were for accessing
Kepler's cache database, not the provenance database. I've
updated them with the URL for the provenance database:

jdbc:hsqldb:file:/yourhome/.kepler/provenance/provenance
