[kepler-users] Kepler Javadoc

Hi Chris,

I think the javadoc ends up in kepler/javadoc, which would
be ../javadoc from build-area.

Also, for me, "ant javadoc" bogs down and never completes.

This is with:
[bldmastr at sisyphus build-area]$ javadoc -J-version
