Hi Jose,
You can find an example at
https://code.ecoinformatics.org/code/reap/trunk/usecases/terrestrial/workflows/HosseiniSimulationWorkflow/simhofi-withMulitipleParaSet.xml.
We use expression to specify the command (simhofi) and parameters
(b, d, ...).
