[kepler-users] Kepler Build Error

Yeah, if that file isn't there, it needs to be there.  Try updating your 
ptolemy module.  I've also attached a .classpath.default file if that's 
easier for you.  (You'll need to rename the file after you save it, 
since I had to take the '.' out of it to get my email program to find it.)
