[kepler-users] Usage of the String to XML Actor

Is there a specific format of the string we feed into the String to XML
actor for it to feed the XML token? The documentation doesn't say anything
in particular about it, but it's giving me an error when I feed it the
string '90'.

More specifically, the error is: "Content cannot be provided in the prolog."
