[kepler-users] Random Thought[time stamping kar files]

Hi all;

Why we do not time stamp the kar files we created in the building the 
kepler. Building take very long time. If we can time stamp the kar file 
and check them agiest there source using ant that might reduce the build 
time lot

May be there is something I do not see, please bear with me in that case.
