[kepler-dev] SVN repository

Chad --

Given that you want to change a core actor that ships with Kepler, it would
be best if you commit the source code to SVN rather than using the Upload
function in Kepler itself -- they are different.  Follow the build
instructions on the Kepler web site.  And let its know if you have
questions.
