[kepler-dev] hsql updates

Hi kepler-dev,

I've updated the configuration for Kepler's HSQL databases as part of
the changes for bug 5279. These changes are backwards-compatible
with previous Kepler releases, but if you are using Kepler from svn,
you'll need to remove these configuration files if they exist:

$HOME/KeplerData/modules/common/configuration/configuration.xml
$HOME/KeplerData/modules/core/configuration/configuration.xml
$HOME/KeplerData/modules/provenance/configuration/configuration.xml

Additionally, if you have multiple checkouts of Kepler svn and update
one, you will need to update the other checkouts.
