These modules have no [moduleName]/docs/ documentation for access within
Kepler:
sensor-view
runtimemonitor
workflow-scheduler-gui

There is no plotting module -- classes are spread across sensor-view and
runtimemonitor. Moving them all to sensor-view or into a new plotting module
seems preferable.

We also need to consider where and how to place/link documentation for the
larger "kepler sensor platform" -- i.e. the big picture, and the server and
field components.
