[kepler-dev] Provenance + PostgreSQL

Hi Jackie,

I've added support for Postgres. You'll need to modify
provenance/resources/configurations/configuration.xml:
change DB Type to PostgreSQL, and set values for DB User Name,
Password, DB Port, and DB Host.
