I've made various minor workflow improvements, resaved beneath 0.9.0, moved out
workflows better located in DT module dir. I updated sensor-view doc to refer
to new location of archive workflow.

Close bug once sensor-view-0.9.0 is recreated to include these sensor-view-0.9
changes.
